Nick Roberts BSc (Hons) MRICS

 

Nick is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 22 years in both client side (BAA Lynton & Easter Group) and consultancy roles (Colliers International, Whitmarsh Holt Young, Fineman Ross and most recently a Director of GVA Grimley/Avison Young).

 

Nick holds a first class degree in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002.  He specialises in buy and sell side brokerage and providing property investment advice to his clients ranging from institutional investors, local authorities, property companies and private investors.
